What a party! Every year ICC invites our brothers and sisters from the street (Hermanos de la Calle) to join our congregation in a huge Christmas feast complete with singing, dancing, testimonies and a message of hope based upon the story of Christ’s birth. This year we served over 350 plates filled with delicious chicken, pork, rice, salads, fruit, bread, etc.!

We believe that there were over 400 people in the ICC parking lot last night…people from all walks of life, economic status, age and size. Every year we are amazed by how God covers the place with peace and joy despite our differences and the challenging circumstances that many are facing. The Cena Navideña (Christmas dinner) is truly a night of celebration and brotherhood, and members of our community can’t understand it. But, we pray that our “light” during this season will shine brightly and challenge the Colonial City to seek out the true reason for celebration at Christmas time.
